The Dong Ba language is the world most ancient living pictographic langague. Consist of over 1,600 pictographic charectors that can be mixed and match to form meanings and experessions. The words and expressions are written from left to right,and from top to bottom. Dong Ba language is believed to be invented before the 11 A.D.

Naxi Music

The Naxi music, traced back to Tang Dynasty, is considered one of the best preserved ancient music. The music is passed on through generations using "工尺谱" - Gong Ci Pu and followed a very strict teaching method.

The Naxi music is famous because of "Three Great" - ancient musical, ancient instuments and senior (above 50 years old) artists.
