Popular keystrokes

Here are some popular keystrokes for Microsoft Internet Explorer:

Esc
To stop the loading of a webpage. Press the [Esc] button whenever you want to stop the loading of the webpage.

F5 or Ctrl+R
To refresh a webpage. Press the [F5] button, or press the [Ctrl] and [R] buttons whenever you want to refresh the webpage.

F11
To display the full screen view of the webpage. Press [F11] go switch to full screen display. If you want to return to the previous viewing mode, press [F11] again.

Alt+Home
To open your homepage. Press [Alt] and [Home] together.

Alt+left arrow
To display the previous webpage. Press [Alt] and [<-] together.

Alt+right arrow
To display the next webpage. Press [Alt] and [->] together.

Alt+D
To move the cursor to the Address Bar. Press [Alt] and [D] together.

Alt+Tab
To move to another opened application. Press [Alt] and [Tab] together to move around the applications you have opened.

Ctrl+F
To find the text in this displayed webpage.

Ctrl+N
To open a new window. When press the [Ctrl] and the [N] buttons together, a new window will be displayed. This new window will display the same content that was displayed on previous window.

Ctrl + P
To open a new window. When press the “Ctrl” and the “P” buttons together, the Print dialog box will be displayed for you to select your printer and its preferences.

PgUp
To scroll one webpage up. Press [PgUp] button.

PgDn
To scroll one webpage down. Press [PgDn] button.
