Research Institute produced its first Citizen watch. Mr Shinpei
Goto, the Mayor of Tokyo, named the watch “CITIZEN”
and even after this was adopted as the name of the company in
1930. Citizen watch has produced approximately 293 million units
of complete watch and movement. Since it’s founding in 1930,
the company has achieved many milestones.
Some
are battery powered, but some are solar powered like the Citizen
Eco-Drive watch. Citizen watch is one of the best Japanese
watch timepiece. Citizen watch now come with digital and chronograph
